- Delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- Flat shipping fee of ₹49 for orders below this value
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email
- You can track your order in real-time
5. Delivery Issues
In case of:
- Delay beyond expected delivery time
- Package marked delivered but not received
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery update.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item
Please report within 24–48 hours with:
- Order ID
- Photos of product & packaging
We will arrange:
- Replacement (preferred)
- or refund (if applicable)
7. Address & Contact Details
- Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate
- Gramory is not responsible for delays due to incorrect details
8. Cash on Delivery
- COD orders may include a small additional fee
- Orders may be confirmed via phone before dispatch
