Refund policy

At Gramory, we take great care in ensuring that every product is fresh, pure, and hygienically packed. As our products fall under food and consumable categories, we follow a strict quality-first policy.


Returns

Due to the nature of spices and food products:

  • All products are non-returnable once delivered
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Taste preference
    • Incorrect usage
    • Opened or tampered packaging

This is to maintain hygiene and safety standards.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds on successfully delivered products.


Exceptions (Eligible for Replacement / Refund)

We will gladly assist you in case of:

  • Damaged product during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in the order

👉 To raise a request:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos of the product & packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred)
  • or Refund (in rare cases)

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refund Processing (if applicable)

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Credited to the original payment method
